  • Questo è un condominio al 7 ° piano nella parte fronte oceano del premiato resort Sea Colony. Ci sono viste spettacolari dal tuo balcone privato che si affaccia sul surf, sulla sabbia, sulla piscina e sul lungomare.

    Fai un giro in ascensore e fai una breve passeggiata oltre la piscina per raggiungere la spiaggia. Nel condominio sei in alto sopra tutto, situato in un bungalow arioso e ben arredato con una vista sull'oceano per sempre. Siediti e rilassati sul balcone e ascolta le onde con una margarita o un bicchiere di vino.

    La cucina è stata completamente rinnovata nel marzo 2014. La ristrutturazione includeva nuovi contatori di granito, nuovi armadi, una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice, un nuovo forno a microonde e un nuovo frigorifero.

    Sea Colony è un bellissimo resort ben tenuto, progettato con cura per consentire ai vacanzieri di godersi non solo la spiaggia, ma anche numerosi sport e attività in un ambiente molto confortevole e rilassante. Si tratta di una pluripremiata spiaggia per famiglie e comunità di tennis con servizi di classe mondiale tra cui, 12 piscine (2 al coperto), bagnini presso piscine e spiaggia privata, 34 campi da tennis, centri fitness, lezioni di aerobica e zoomba, percorsi escursionistici / ciclabili, navetta gratuita autobus, piscine per bambini e programmi per bambini.

    Avrai accesso completo a tutte le strutture ricreative, golf nelle vicinanze (Bear Trap), passerella, ristoranti, negozi outlet, giostre e sale giochi. All'interno del resort sono previste attività giornaliere per bambini e famiglie.

    Bethany Beach è una città familiare ben tenuta e tranquilla che offre un'esperienza idilliaca di vacanza al mare. Solo poche miglia quadrate, riesce ancora a offrire una cucina raffinata, informale e creativa, nonché tutta la tipica tariffa da spiaggia in un ambiente molto basso. Non ci sono altri grattacieli diversi da Sea Colony e il nord e il sud di Betania sono solo dune selvagge e parchi statali. Rehoboth Beach e Ocean City sono solo mezz'ora di macchina se vuoi vedere un film, guidare go-kart o colpire gli outlet.

Nice place and nice view

Our family loved this place. It’s easy to access the beach. The place is clean and has beautiful view (beach and sun raise). We will be back next year.

Best of Bethany Beach

Very nice condo. Well equipped. Excellent air conditioning. Clean. Very nice window treatments on sliding glass door and main bedroom. They kept heat out and AC in. Comfortable beds. Great towels! Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Overall a very nice place to vacation. We enjoyed our stay!

Great week at Bethany Beach!

This condo easily accommodated our family of five adults. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. We especially liked the well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Clean, bright property, communicative owner

We loved staying at Bill and Juliet's bright, clean condo for a few days. Despite windy weather conditions which precluded us from enjoying the beach, the sight of the ocean and beach from the living room and main BR was lovely. Having access to the indoor pools and a decent core of open restaurants and shops was all we needed to enjoy our time together. As noted, there were not many "basics" so definitely bring an extra roll of TP and cooking spray, aluminum foil, spices etc if you plan to cook. The Long and Foster crew was friendly and communicative, as was the Sea Colony Office folks (slightly inconvenient to have to stop by two places when we were ready to get out of the car!) But Bill was extremely responsive which was much appreciated. We would definitely rent this exact place again! The location can't be beat.

Very nice condo...

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great condo with a wonderful view. The large sectional is big and comfortable, and the unit looks just like it does in the photos. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are really nice. There's plenty of hot water and the water pressure is very good in the main shower. The AC works great (haven't found this to be the case at some other Sea Colony condos). The fridge has a great ice maker that pumps out lots of ice (no need for bagged ice). There are lots of kitchen utensils. We used the vacuum cleaner twice and it worked just fine. If I had any nitpicks, it would be to have a king bed in the master, but the existing bed is still comfortable overall. Would definitely come back here!

Great Apartment but Parking Nightmare!

The apartment we rented was wonderful! It was clean, tastefully decorated and very convenient. We loved it! However, parking was terrible! I have a handicapped sticker due to a deteriorated hip and there was only ONE designated space which was filled with the same car for two weeks! I watched it. Our son had a parking permit, but there was absolutely NO space for him. The overflow lot was filled, so he got a nasty note threatening a ticket or tow. Did you expect him to put his car in his pocket? It is a shame for such a nice resort complex to have such a horrendous parking problem! We want to come back but not on the 4th of July again. It was very stressful!

Outdated

Upon check-in at Long & Foster, we were told unit was not ready yet although it was late afternoon and to come back in about 2 hours. Returned at 6:20 pm and was told unit had still not been cleaned but L&F rep was obligated to turn the keys over anyway😖. Then she decided to call the cleaning lady just to verify and was told that the unit had already been cleaned but she hadn’t gotten around to update their tracking system. So first impression, not so good. On entering the condo, floors were dirty, we tried the vacuum - didn’t work very well. My poor grandson who is allergic to dogs, had several severe sneezing episodes during the week. We had to go out and buy new pillows. We should have been told if pets had been on the property. Overall unit was outdated and needs a proper cleaning.

Cleanliness left much to be desired

There are ants, we found a Viagra pill under a mattress, the furniture is visibly stained and dirty, one bedroom had walls so filthy we didn’t use it, the ironing board is disgusting and stained from its inception in 1950, and really I could go on and on. We set 6 brand new ant traps upon arrival and it didn't prevent me from twice finding an ant crawling on me. And no, it’s not because we are slobs that we had ants. The owners admitted a problem with ants when they were there June 18-21st.

Sea Colony Off Season

Sea Colony is a very well managed and controlled property. It is essentially self-contained with many resort amenities. Good access to beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Only problem with visiting late in the off-season, is that various contractors are making repairs and sprucing things up for the coming summer season. Sometime this may cause slight inconvenience within the property as well as noise. Otherwise you almost have the place to your self!

Nice Fall getaway

The location and convenience to the beach was the best thing about this unit. It was also very quiet but that might be do to so few people in the building this time of year. Living room furniture was a little worn and dated but beds were quite comfortable. Overall the unit was clean but bathrooms could use a deeper clean and the kitchen floor a good scrubbing. We also were caught off guard by annoying fruit flies that seemed to have infested the entire community! Fortunately they were not an issue out on the beach but seemed to be everywhere! Nevertheless, we enjoyed our mid-week getaway which included shopping the outlets and visiting Rehoboth and Lewes.

Wonderful vacation for all ages!

This trip was particularly special as it allowed for three generations of our family to spend time together. The condo was perfect for that; allowing our elderly relatives to still enjoy the ocean and sunrise while the younger kids loved the beach and indoor pools! The open layout was great for gathering together for family and meal time. Bill was very responsive and easy to work with. We would love to visit again!

Awesome Getaway!

We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be back! The condo is spacious, functional, clean, cheery and bright! I was condo-bound for most of our trip with our 3-month old, so the balcony views made me feel like I was on the beach! Great communication with the host too!

It has a great view of the ocean and beach The apartment was very nice with three bedrooms and a living room and kitchen area. The owners were super and answered any questions right away. We had a great vacation.

The condo was great. Long and Foster were miserable property managers. Unable to contact, poor instructions. Can't express how awful the were. Also used vacasa No comparison. Would never rent through L&F.

We just returned from a wonderful week long vacation! The property was a perfect location to access and view the amenities Sea Colony offers. The owners were very responsive before and answered all questions. The condo was just as described and found the welcome pamphlet perfect! Thank you!

Convenient location

First time to Bethany Beach so it was nice to stay beachfront with access to indoor and outdoor pools so close as well. Kitchen amenities great. 3 bedrooms nice. Owner very responsive. Can’t say the same about Long and Foster- realtor or Vrbo for that matter but I’m sure we paid their fees for little or no service!

We have stayed at Sea Colony on previous vacations. The room was as advertised. Plenty of game and television for evening and rainy day. The kitchen knives need sharpened.
