    Let this cozy condo boasting an open loft area be the base camp for your next Coastal Delaware adventure! Perched in the heart of Bethany Beach, you won't have to go far to have loads of fun in the sun. Just steps away from the shared community pool on Lakeview Circle, there are plenty of amenities and activities right at your fingertips. When you are not out exploring, kick back in the spacious living area to watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV or enjoy the fresh air out on the balcony while sipping a cocktail. This home's well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a tasty treat or gourmet meal and the contemporary grey subway tile backsplash will allow the chef of the group to feel right at home. When you are ready to settle in for the night, this retreat has plenty of space for everyone to spread out with two bedrooms on the first level and an open loft on the second level with two twin beds that can be accessed via the fun spiral staircase. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

I really enjoy Sea Colony. I’m providing a 2 star review due to the Sea Colony passes. I had to pay for a full week for the passes but the office where I purchased them added an expiration on the day we were leaving at 11am. We should be able to enjoy the last day or prorate the amount. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely family time at Sea Colony, using several of the pools, taking the tram to the beach, and relaxing in our comfortable condo. The setting is beautiful.

Great for a Quick Getaway!

Everything was easy from booking to check in to check out. The communication with Vacasa was incredible, as they were very quick to reply to any questions. The loft was clean when we got there, and the location was perfect for us! 10/10 would stay here again!

Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Clean and neat. We enjoyed it!

Comfortable space with some concerns

The villa was comfortable and the bed soft but we had some concerns. The towels on the loft beds were still damp? The lights upstairs didn’t work . The one main light was blown. There were ants constantly in the kitchen . The floor felt like there were crumbs on it. There were stains in the medicine cabinet, and some black goo on the plates in the bottom cabinet. There was a huge storage tub with stagnant water and dirty rags inside at the bottom of our outdoor stairs. The pest control receipt from June 28 was still on the table along with a broken edge piece of glass . I hope if we were come back it’ll be better. Not only that I was charge 47 a person for the resort fee and only two areas were open. If it’s end of season why am I paying as if all were open.

Vacasa Only Cares About Money - Not Families

We were really excited to stay at a condo near the beach but when we arrived, we noticed a number of issues at this Vacasa property in Bethany Beach. In short, the condo had a stale stench because the air was off for hours (days?). The refrigerator was also OFF and we weren’t able to keep our food chilled for HOURS. The tub was filthy and we had to scrub it with the little resources we had. The tub was clogged and the water would not drain properly. The garbage disposal was broken and caused a food/water clog that ended up stinking up the entire first floor. To make matters worse, Vacasa refused to make it right in a substantial way. $100 for our discomfort and inconvenience is a joke. Vacasa does not care about my family or yours. They do not care about the guest experience. They only care about money. Please spend your money and time elsewhere. Awful!
