“I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance.
I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

“The room still had mess from the previous person- food crumbs in the cabinets, trash on the floor in the kitchen, dirty dishes, and most damning a paw print on the side of the sheets of a bed. We stayed in the Cabana building and it was a nice and spacious room, but the internet never worked even when we asked for help. It's on the boardwalk so getting to the beach and fun stuff is very easy. It was overall fine, but once I saw the state of the kitchenette I became disinterested in using it.”

“Property is part private condos and part hotel. The parking and elevators are not marked, do not go to all floors and could end up on condo side. Staff was also confused and sometimes gave confusing information. Some of the pictures online are of condo only side. There are no rooms with ocean or marina views.
