“A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast.”

“I enjoyed staying here even though it was only for one night. The only disappointment was wanting a coffee the next morning to discover there was one tiny pottle of milk in the fridge (enough for one person) so only one of us could have a drink. I did go to reception to try get more but it was shut so left without one. Should've been stocked before we arrived. Next time I'll take my own milk. Loved the location.”

“Unit was warm without extra heating owing to thermal quality build despite its age. Also helped quietness. Facilities bare minimum for meal preparation, fridge undersized for people travelling with supplies ”
