“The hotel was extremely clean and in a great location relative to things to do in Burlington. The staff was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and things to do. Overall, awesome place!”

“Our room was clean and spacious. We rented the “Gather” which is a little suite with two rooms with king beds, and 1 1/2 bath. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a window air conditioner that you can operate at your comfort level. There is a bar that is self serve 24/7 where you can get spring, or bubbly water and home baked snacks. It was a 20 min walk to the church street marketplace where there are many restaurants and shops to experience, and an additional 10 min walk took you...

“Very expensive and we didn’t receive the Marriott member amenities. There was coffee but no cups. You had to pay for breakfast - the room for one night was over $400 and there was an additional charge of $29 for parking. I do not know if we will be coming back.”

“Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents”

“Rooms, i.e. carpet, walls, furniture: clean. Quality of rooms: extremely dated, old, visibly underwent multiple repairs, paint, polish. REALLY BAD PART: 1. SAYS "CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED". ALL THEY GIVE ARE FEW OPTIONS LIKE NATURE VALLEY BARS, SOME MINI MUFFIN PACKETS, DOUGHNUTS 3 CHEAP TYPES PACKAGED INDIVIDUALLY. ON WEEKENDS THEY GIVE 1 UPGRADE: A KELLOGGS PROTEIN BAR. NO FRUITS. NOTHING ABSOLUTELY WHICH IS NOT SWEET. IF YOU HAVE DIABETES - YOU CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING....

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

“We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area.”
