“A bit dated but great location. The beds are not great, and the sheets felt like sand paper. The room was not the cleanest at this price point. Anna at the reception was AMAZING!! She alone made everything else not as relevant. The self parking was very convenient.”

“This property is undergoing major renovations and is like a war zone. There is dust and fumes everywhere. Parking is limited for check in due to construction vehicles taking up spots and the make shift lobby is found by walking through cluttered hallways and temporary signage. None of this was conveyed at time of booking or in the days prior to check in. Luckily we had a wonderful receptionist named Connor who when asked about compensation for the mess & inconvenience, offered to check...

The area did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel made us uncomfortable. There appeared to be long-term or low-income housing units in the building, with a lot of people and dogs coming and going, unusual smells throughout, and very limited amenities. “Outside of the property is good, inside is terrible. Walls are filthy, carpeting is horrible. I didn't want to walk barefoot in the room. Looked like blood on the carpeting. Fridge was missing a foot and almost fell out of the cupboard when we opened it, shelf broken, bottom of drawer completely broken. Continental breakfast is donuts and granola bars. Charged way too much. Do not stay here. ”

“The hotel was disgusting with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The parking was decent. The exterior was ok. The room was freezing and there is no control of the temperature. The front desk offered no solutions. Accept telling me to deal with it. That its controlled by the outside. There was then the credit card scam. After charging one of my cards, they then insisted that I present them another card.Because it was a pending charge. If I had to choose, I would have rather slept in my car.”
