“It was cheap.”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go.”

“Upon entering the establishment, staff was very pleasant as they greeted us, the person who checked us in (Janica) was very helpful, got us all checked in and informed us of info we may need during our stay room was nice clean and beautiful, bed comfy, we ate dinner at the restaurant adjacent the front desk and it was divine! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“This should be downgraded to a motel. There was a brown fThe shower curtain on the bed, the receptionist was exceptionally rude and had a horrible attitude. Her excuse was that she did not know I was a Marriott Bonvoy member. She shoved the access card at me and said “Elevator is on the left”. Nothing about check-out time, breakfast etc. Nothing. Just plain rudeness from the moment I walked in. The shower curtain had black mould and the hotel room was so tiny and old that it looked more like a...

“We were very pleased with the neat and clean condition of our room. The staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offered was descent and met our expectations. Overall, we had a comfortable and positive experience. We appreciate the attention to detail and the hospitable atmosphere.”

“Upon arrival, the rivaling door was a Manuel push verse automatically rotating. Pulling luggage, bags in hand, this was very inconvenient. Upon check in, there was only one person who was busy helping a customer on the phone. It felt extremely understaffed. Requesting for new towels required us to go to the front desk. The overall hotel was fine. The location was not convenient.”
