“The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! ”

“The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients...

“We checked in late on Christmas Eve, the front desk staff was very welcoming. We had two rooms and although they were not able to be close together (as the hotel was booked) both rooms were comfortable and clean. ”
