“The receptionist had only one person with three people waiting along with the person who was helping. I took a long time. I got charged late check out when I left way before the checkout time and I wasn’t Ass what time I wanna to check out The art made the Back small I don’t like the thing in the room and it looks like they have arts not properly on the wall, which made me concerned if it’s gonna fall on me being in the bed It was over the bed”

“The hotel itself is GORGEOUS! The grounds, the restaurants and bars, the room. However… you ask about breakfast. Being that the Drake is a luxury hotel that is not inexpensive, it would be nice if they would provide SOME type of complimentary breakfast to its guests. Maybe not buffet style but at LEAST continental with coffee and tea. We rented a King Junior Suite and had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The Colonial doesn’t have much variety. Next… the water pressure in the bathroom sink was so...

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Karmina was so super helpful! She was my first point of contact there and answered all my questions. I will credit her for making our stay extra special! Our room was spacious, extra clean and a great view. We hope to get a view facing East next time. There is also plenty to do in the area, we felt it was centrally located. We are definitely coming back!”

“The elevators were out of order. The toilet and shower are too close together. The hotel stay was not worth the cost. The staff appeared to be friendly but it came off as fake nice. Considering the area, it could be much better. ”

“The hotel is clearly being renovated. Floor tiles in the lobby were broken and missing and clearly a hazard until they are replaced. The rooms are only serviced every other day but you are not told and towels and such had best not need replacing or you will have to shake yourself dry😀. The jets in the bathtub were caked in unidentifiable junk so skip using it as a jacuzzi. A sickly sweet smell permeates the lobby during breakfast there likely from batter used to make waffles and such, so we...

“Rooms are nice but a little dated. However, the AC was very cold, the room was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. For the cost, it far exceeded expectations.”
