“Their is construction going on in hotel very loud and breakfast was terrible”

“The pool close early. I had ants in my room and the elevator didn't work during my stay.”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.”

“The property is really outdated. The pictures online need to be updated so other guests see the real property. My room I checked into was really outdated. The bathroom floor and shower were extremely old and uneven, the shower had mold, the carpets were old and needed care. I lifted the side of my mattress and food crumbs were there. The hallways smelled like weed all week! Stay here if you are in a jam and need a quick place to stay.”

“Camera pulita, personale cordiale, colazione negli standard delle strutture dello stesso livello, comunque accettabile. Buona soluzione per visitare Chicago, 20 minuti alla Willis Tower. Improponibile per chi vuole muoversi con i servizi pubblici”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“Un'ora per fare il check in e conto alla fine sbagliato. Dopo 6 ore stanno ancora lavorando per risolvere ”

“The property was really nice overall. I will say a downfall was the spa and pool were on the outside of the property, so one of the days we stayed it was a bit chilly outside and of course t”

“So apparently this property allows tenants to rent by the week. All day and all night the tenants would congregate right behind the office and talk and yell so loud that anyone trying to do business. Oh I forgot about the barking dogs and the different tenants yelling at either the dogs/children to be quiet and or behave. I reported it to the front desk and finally around 12:45 am the noise stopped!”
