“There was no TV in the bedroom. There’s a bunch of wires coming out of the desk. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. There was no telephone. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk.”

“We were a family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The room size was great 2 queen and 1 sofa bed however the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. The shower head had horrible water pressure. We were on the third floor. It was sad that the sink faucet had more pressure than the shower head. Breakfast was decent same thing all 3 days soggy scrambled eggs and sausage. Also had cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Our first morning the Manager was arguing with the clerk over what the night shift did not...

“This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again.”

“Don't let the photos deceive you — I would never recommend this place to anyone. The room had a broken door that allowed air to flow through the gap underneath. The bedding was dirty with visible stains, the counters and mirror were unclean, and the bathroom had hair on both the counter and toilet. I requested a different room, but they were unable to accommodate. I refused to pay to stay in those unsafe conditions, yet they would not issue a refund. As a result, I was charged for the night...

“I booked Extended Stay because of location and an included breakfast, as was stated in Expedia. I was extremely disappointed to find out there was no real breakfast. It was coffee, a fake fruit stuffed granola bar or a mini muffin and you are only allowed 1 cup of coffee. “Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When entering the room the floors were very dirty. Windows broken. Holes in the walls. Fire alarm doesn’t work and is just hanging from the ceiling. Semen on the walls, when asked if we could get that cleaned up, the front desk guy came down with a spray bottle, wiped it a little and stated they will finish cleaning once we check out. We asked for a different room and were denied. We asked for more towels and we were told that we must return...

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani.
