Check-in was extremely difficult, which was already stressful—especially since I booked this for my dad. Once inside, the heater and fireplace were not working. I contacted the provided number, and instead of sending help, they instructed my dad to light the pilot himself. He was not comfortable doing that, and I made that clear.
