“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Tasty and fresh breakfast every morning. Definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay was okay. The breakfast was good. When traveling we like the Hilton Hotels. Here in Hagerstown Maryland the staff wasn't the best. Will continue to stay at the Hilton chain of Hotels.”

“Idk how this place got over an 8 for rating. Blankets had cigarette burns, shower head looked like it was from the 50's and it was barely attached to the wall. The property in general just looked and felt dirty. Elevator was pretty sketchy as well. ”

“There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. “Anytime towels were needed we had to go down stairs and bring our dirty wet towels. Would not give us additional towels unless wet dirty ones were given back downstairs.”

“Tutto sommato un buon hotel, anche se forse, dal punto di vista della zona in cui è situato, più simile ad un motel, infatti era in una zona commerciale, non in città. Buona la pulizia, arredi standard. Un po' datato.”
