“The staff were so nice and helpful. My kids loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. I enjoyed the gym as it had a variety of equipment. Literally the only thing that would have made it better was free breakfast.”

“Clean room, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, no noise from other guests or from outside. The hotel building is right next to a walking pathway with trees, shade, picnic tables, grass and trees. The other side of the hotel building is next to an outdoor basketball court. Well worth the money, I would stay here again. Disliked paying for parking.”

“The pool is freezing. There was clearly a leak in the ceiling that had left a huge bubbled area over the middle of the pool and several other bubbled spots. The women’s sauna did not work. Parking is not free even though the lot is huge and there are several other hotels in the area that have free parking and lastly the internet is also not free. Who charges for internet in 2026?!? If you need to stay in the area go across the street to the Drury Hotel or choose any other hotel. Very...

“Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in.”

“Overall great place. A little older and smaller facilities compared to other Omni locations but staff was very accommodating and in house restaurants were fantastic.”

“There was one issue, the fitness room did not have wipes for cleaning the equipment. We mentioned it to staff one day one, they said they would replenish immediately but three days later it had still not been done. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.”

“Room wasn’t the cleanest. Dead flies on the blinds. Elevator did not work at one point. Brought it up to staff and they brushed it off.”

“Self help snack bar scanner didn’t work and staff was no help. Coffee maker broken, mattresses old and worn out. Shower fixtures loose and falling off. TV shuts off after a few minutes and staff said we had to unplug it every time we used it. I’ve machine on 4th floor did not work.”

“Stayed 4 nights, party of 2. June 16 through 20. Jacuzzi and pool were unavailable. Relocated rooms due to AC malfunction. Bathroom outlet in replacement room loose and inoperable. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking always available. Felt safe.”

“It was very creepy room. Smelled weird, like cooked cabbage. Very noisy with doors slamming, loud voices and baby calling out late at night. Left after first night despite no refund policy.”
