“This is a great stay. Many nearby options…as is typical of Colorado. Staff is attentive. I would stay here again.”

“There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. ”

“Easy location for parking a truck and trailer given the area and season. Beautiful room and friendly staff.”

“Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in.”

“The first room smelled like sewage. The pool was closed- had to drive 10 minutes to another hotel to use their pool. The room didn’t get changed out at all, even though it said every other day. Not a good experience at all.”

“My family enjoyed the pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice areas for walking near the hotel. Parking was included. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was within easy driving distance to Denver, Boulder, and Red Rocks. The lobby was spacious and clean, with a big TV lounge that had plenty of comfortable furniture for eating takeout food and relaxing. My wife liked her manicure.”

“This was a great location for our stay: close to Boulder, close to shopping, close to so many great outdoor areas for hiking. We traveled with our two small dogs. Our room was very nice, comfy and it was super quiet. The pet fee was higher than most Fairfield Inns that we stay at typically. The breakfast was good but on the weekend it didn't start until 7 am, which meant no coffee available until then either. It seems that complimentary coffee should be around the clock. “Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night.”

“My spare tire got stolen in the parking lot. The cable went out half the stay. Pool was out and had algae growing so couldn’t even use the hot tub because it smelled so bad. Qtips in the elevators for days, toothpaste out front for days. Breakfast was always empty and finding staff was near impossible.Was for my wedding and was embarrassing that this is where I brought my guests to”

“So I stayed 2 nights. Got in late late the 1st night and the front desk was very helpful that Friday night. Sarurdays breakfast was awesome and as expected however sunday's breakfast selection was not as expected. Hasbrowns were hard and tasteless and it was a bare minimum for hot food. I wasn't expecting that. Other than that ..the stay was very nice”

“Pool was a little small but the hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located for the activities I planned. Fitness area also was kind of small but was able to get good workouts and they have a good water dispenser to fill bottles.”
