“The person who we checked in with at night was who I am guessing is, the manager. I don't remember his name, but he was so very nice and welcoming! Our room was pretty spacious; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the am was very tasty. The hall walking to our room was VERY hot & a little stuffy, it felt like there was no air circulating, but once we were in our room, and adjusted the temp, it was comfortable. “I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent.”

“When asked about the Hilton bags to include water I was told it would be in the room if I was a member. When I arrived in the room there was no water available for honors members in room. The initial room assigned was infested with ants. As they crawled on the beds, up the walls, doors , and counters. The laundry dryer took money and did not work. The front desk took a long time to answers calls for assistance. Overall very poorly maintained and staff did not appear happy to assist.”

“I’m 69 Elevator was done for a day and a half. Had to use stairs 4 flights down. Normally (last 4 times I stayed) parking was Free. This time it was 80.00 Someone should have told us when I called front desk there’s an extra charge. Carpet has a musty / corn chip smell. Had to leave windows open. Desk was very nice,”

“The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night.”

“This is a facility geared towards leadership work shops and conferences. It is a big campus,well cared for but not a typical hotel stay. I suspect I was one of only a handful of overnight guests for this date. Even though it felt a bit remote I felt quite safe. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern. I will definitely stay here again.”
