Welcome to BlueBird Sanctuary, a beautifully reimagined lakefront retreat in Big Sandy, TN. Sleeping up to 26 guests, this expansive home is ideal for groups seeking connection and renewal—whether for family reunions, church retreats, or meaningful gatherings.

With direct lake access, a private dock, seven kayaks, two paddleboards, two hammocks, and a backyard made for unforgettable sunsets, the setting invites both adventure and rest. Thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the home allow everyone to spread out, relax, and reconnect. BlueBird Sanctuary is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to restore.
