“This is an amazing home with spectacular views. Host was very communicative when I had trouble checking in. Home is right in the heart of Big Sur and was easy to access state parks, trailheads and restaurants. If we ever come back to the area we will be sure to check this property out again.”

“The road to get here is really winding so I suggest going during daylight hours. Once we arrived, We found the parking but couldn't figure out where the place was. So we walked straight ahead of where we parked and found it. Uneven stairs to get to front door. Once we were inside it was very nice. “Beautiful property on a very windy road but still worth it.”

“The Vineyard Chateau is a beautiful and spacious home with wonderful amenities. My wife and I enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well stocked kitchen before heading out on our sightseeing adventures. The salt water pool was already warm enough (late March) to swim and the outdoor pool bar area kept us from needing to run inside for a cool drink. “The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.”

“We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.”
