“The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“This property was very run down. It took three different rooms to find one that was remotely clean and then it was still not an enjoyable stay! In need of a serious update and major cleaning. ”

“The stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional. Check in went smoothly. The staff members Ms. Romona and Ms. Loretta went over and above to make us feel welcomed. The rooms was very clean. I was in shock when I stepped in the room and it had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenette. We will be back. I will highly recommend this hotel.”

“The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, the few staff that answered the phone the following days weren’t very helpful. I had left my name/number for a callback and never received one. The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place.”

“Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay.”
