“Amazing staff and clean room. Everything was stocked and neatly placed.”

“You get what you pay for sure but floors were dirty and housekeeping didn't come once during the 5 days we were there which is kinda gross in my opinion; mind you we weren't being dirty but the lack of trash being taken out or clean towels (had to go to the office to ask) with 3 people and 4 hot days after a music festival.... well eww. Other than the housekeeping issue and dirty floors it wasn't bad”

“I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible ”

“The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.”

“The room did not look anything like the pictures. It was like the pictures they put online were not the rooms at all. The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink still had hair in it. There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again.”

“Una completa porquería el hotel canceló las reservas sin previo aviso, al llegar al mostrador solo nos indicaron que están llenos y que no podían hacer nada! Mientras estuve ahí pude ver el mismo caso para al menos 10 personas!!! Pésimo servicio, pésima atención y Expedia tampoco es capaz de hacer nada”

“Nice clean modern room right off the expressway with a decent breakfast which seems hard to find in the Columbus area anymore.”

“Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”

“It was hard to tell if the room was not cleaned or just half assed cleaned. There was what looked to be poop on the bowl of the toilet. Floor was sticky, most surfaces were dusty. The main door to the building was broken and didn’t lock. Vending machines were close to empty. Just a all around ehhh experience”

“Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car”

“This hotel is filthy. From the stained hallway carpet to the stained carpet, bed sheets, and towels in the rooms. The rooms smelled terrible.Nothing is clean or updated at all. The beds and pillows were not remotely comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor. We were provided with an open bar of soap and a half a hotel bottle of shampoo. The staff was rarely present. At check in they would not let us in the room less than in hour early despite explaining that we were there to be...
