Upon checking in, a staff member named Jesse interrupted another employee who was assisting me just to inform me, without any reason or prior interaction, that I could not have any family members or visitors come to my hotel room at any time during my stay. “Do not go off of the pictures. They are extremely deceiving. This is a very old building that only had enough of a facelift to make it seem like a great place to stay in pictures, but when you walk in and see it in person you realize it was a facade instantly. “I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible ”

“We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

“Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”

“Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car”
