“We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates. “I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. “We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

“Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”

“The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay.”
