“Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money.”

“Stayed for two nights in room 1. Staff were fantastic. Lovely breakfast on both days. Nice meal sitting outside in the sun. The wi fi was very good which is important as the phone service is non existent in this area. The village is quiet and picturesque.”

“My husband and I had the best experience at the Bulls Head Inn! “There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?”

We couldn’t find another hotel to move to so had to stay, I didn’t get into the bed but covered it and the pillows with my own towels. The door wouldn’t lock so we had to wedge a chair underneath the handle. Run down and dilapidated. Bathroom disgraceful and mouldy.
