“Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice being able to stay inside of the Memorial Union where we could walk indoors to restaurants, coffee shops, and the bookstore. ”

“My son traveled for a music audition at IU and the folks at Grant Street Inn were so helpful and accommodated a flight cancelation and extended stay. They took great care of my son and he loved the place. ”

“Kayla at checkin remembered us from a Previous stay. Loved the patio room around back! I would like to recommend an additional chair in the room instead of having to sit on the bed. There was some sort of duvet, but it was in a weird spot. Sleeper at the bar and Gavin are just wonderful people! They know how to keep the crowd happy keep the drinks flowing and the creative mess of the cocktails is so interesting! Very happy with this place. This was our third time to stay in 3 months! ”

“Was in and out of the property upon check-in within about two minutes flat. Communication has been poor about a full refund. Upon walking in, we were greeted with hair all over the toilet and in the bathtub and shower, as well as when pulling down the bed when the owner asked me if the beds were at least made, there was also hair in the bed. I don’t know if it was some kind of prank, but it was horrific. I am still waiting to hear on the refund. ”
