“The rooms are disgusting and there were roaches in the room I was staying in. They refuse to do anything about it and will not give me a refund when I paid $1600 for two rooms. The least i could have expected is no pests”

“Building is old, some kind of odor throughout since none of the rooms have windows, not the cleanest, had an issue with initial room stinking but staff handled it well and moved my room. Overall decent experience, would come again if other better options weren’t readily available.”

“This was an affordable and close hotel to IU for graduation. Always came back to clean sheets and towels. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel prices in Bloomington are crazy for graduation. Book early. ”

“I have stayed here many times and this last time was very surprising. I checked into my room and the shower was filthy. Full of dirt and hair. The furniture in the room is really starting to wear. Sofa had stains and rips. Lampshade had stains all over. The breakfast was scaled back as well. Full of cheap sugary crap. I was really disappointed. ”
