“The room was not that clean. Drink spills left on the night stand. A straw next to the bed. The bathroom was not clean. The floor and toilet needed extra care. I had to wipe everything down myself. The breakfast area is not maintained. Not cleaned quickly and not a lot of effort to make sure silverware etc is available. Yes it’s in a perfect location in town and the front desk ladies were so so nice but it could have been much cleaner.”

“I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Everything at breakfast was labeled incorrectly. The 2 versions of pancake batter were backwards, the blueberry syrup was in the regular syrup dispenser and the glass jars listed at...

“My suite was very spacious and well designed, but I especially loved the surroundings. The grounds are beautiful and make an excellent place for a short walk. It also feels sheltered from the rest of the world--town is close, but it seems like you are far away in a pleasant little town.”
