“Julia the front desk conceirge is lovely and so helpful but the hotel needs a renovation and since it’s one of the only hotels close to IU you are stuck.”

“Very basic motel near IU campus and sports complexes. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The parking lot and outside was well-maintained and brightly lit. No amenities that we saw, but we were only here for one evening and only used the room to shower and sleep. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again. ”
