“Property is beautiful, the Victorian clutter was a bit overwhelming. Innkeeper was friendly but service was chaotic.”

But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“It was ok for what I needed. Stupid that you do not have soap for the sink in the wash basin in the bathroom. Step in shower is dangerous and Slippery. Need a mat to stand on in the shower. It’s a law suit getting ready to happen.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”

“Definitely don't recommend. The first room we were assigned had been smoked in -- the front desk guy was super helpful and got us a second room. Great of him, but ick. We were excited for the pool and hot tub -- but the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was fine but really small. The rooms were pretty beat up, not super clean, the showers took a really long time to warm up. The breakfast was fine, but super limited. “Filthy! No TV. No breakfast. Upholstery on the chair in the room ripped up. Pulled back sheets to find what looked like a blood stain. Screen falling out of the window. Filthy soap scum in the shower, my wife wouldn't even stand in it. Trash in the stairwell. Water stains on the ceiling. I have pictures!!! We arrived late at night so simply slept a few hours and left. In all seriousness this place should be condemned.”

“I checked in to the Rodeway and immediately noticed the room was filthy and the television didn’t work. There was fecal matter (not a little, but a lot) on the toilet seat and the air conditioning unit was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. I spoke to the gentleman at the desk and told him I could not stay there because of what I had seen. He offered other rooms but I was not interested and asked for a refund. “Room smelled horrible, entire window metal frame was broken as if it had been broken into before, bathroom mirror was missing but the bolts were all there? Multiple holes in the room were covered with grout, bed sheets were stained. Front desk didn’t even bother to change me from rooms or even suggested a refund.”
