But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“It was ok for what I needed. Stupid that you do not have soap for the sink in the wash basin in the bathroom. Step in shower is dangerous and Slippery. Need a mat to stand on in the shower. It’s a law suit getting ready to happen.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”

“Definitely don't recommend. The first room we were assigned had been smoked in -- the front desk guy was super helpful and got us a second room. Great of him, but ick. We were excited for the pool and hot tub -- but the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was fine but really small. CONS: There are many to list but the main thing is that I left an item in the room and I contacted the front office staff about it the day I checked out. The next morning someone called me and said they found it and would send it to me. However, what they sent me was NOT mine. I called back and the front desk woman in the mornings said the Manager was too busy, then in a meeting, then unavailable,...

“Filthy! No TV. No breakfast. Upholstery on the chair in the room ripped up. Pulled back sheets to find what looked like a blood stain. Screen falling out of the window. Filthy soap scum in the shower, my wife wouldn't even stand in it. Trash in the stairwell. Water stains on the ceiling. I have pictures!!! We arrived late at night so simply slept a few hours and left. In all seriousness this place should be condemned.”
