“Room was clean, staff pleasant and parking was easy. However we were told there was a la carte breakfast every morning (not included in our rate). We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next.”

“Breakfast was terrible. Hot tub was not working. Lady at the reception when checking out (7/20/22 morning) was lazy ant not helpful, while the lady at the check-in (7/18/22 evening) was nice.”

“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

“This hotel needs an update. Poorly maintained. Tried 3 times to get a plastic passkey to work. We were told they keep reusing the old ones. Key never worked on doors to side parking lot. Our room did not have a garbage can in the bathroom, no lamp on the desk, no hairdryer, and no microwave. It advertised a walk in shower for handicapped but they said they had no such room.”

“Everything was pretty great, staff, room was clean, property was immaculately clean. Would have have given 5 stars except for a few small things like no air conditioning in the hallways; so every time we left the room had to deal with a musty, no fresh air air in the hallway. Other thing was the light switch in our bathroom was outside the door; so after use people automatically went to close the switch instead of washing first and then closing. Small, minute things. Not really their fault more...
