“Every time I went to the front desk, nobody was there, there were several people were complaining about the same thing.”

“They were out of regular roast coffee in my room. The ice machine on my floor was off or broken. The room had a bad smell. The TV channel selections were terrible and very few. There was no program information. The staff were very nice and helpful. ”
