“Lo mejor del viaje fue el servicio, todo el personal fue muy amable y estaban al pendiente de cualquier cosa que se necesitara. La playa, aunque está en el hotel hermano, es muy bonita, limpia y tranquila. ”

“Check in was rather packed. It’s a new establishment, very popular. We only got our rooms at 4+pm and our 2 rooms in the same booking were in different buildings. But staff was kind to rearrange after we raised concerns but that means getting the other room at 5+pm. Service staff at establishments were stellar, they were v helpful. Unfortunately, dining options here were very limited and no grab services available in this area. Hope to see more dining options in future! Kids club was packed and...

“Mare e posizione incantevole, spiaggia di sabbia bianca, molto ampia e poco affollata, personale cortese e disponibile. Manca una sala ristorante ci sono solo tavoli nella zona reception dove vengono serviti piatti da tavola calda. Si può comunque accedere al ristorante (stessa catena) attiguo. Camera spaziosa dotata di piccola zona cucina. Il problema è che per fare la spesa nel piccolo supermarket della zona devi chiamare un taxi.”

“More with Expedia. I booked a deluxe rm and paid to Expedia. But the hotel never received the booking and was fully book. Tried to use the Expedia app to communicate with the chat bot. It hangs and never been able to connect for at leasd 10 attempts. The hotel went out of their way to provide.me a spare room. But kt was old ans smells. Worse booking experience I had with Expedia. Money collected upfront with no confirmation from vendor, and non-existent support. ”
