“I don't understand the bad reviews and many complaints the hotels has gotten. It is a perfectly fine hotel with a huge white beach and clear water, the staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful, there were lots of well maintained facilities, and the complimentary breakfast buffet had a reasonable variety and quality. The pool was impeccably clean and it was a pleasure to use it. It was never crowded when we were there in early February, so it felt like a tropical oasis. Same goes for the beach...
