“Phenomenal place to stay quiet and private ”

“They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.”

“While the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel has some issues. Coffee shop is closed on weekends. While someone did get me coffee from the back, it would have been good to have been able to get a snack for breakfast. The hotel also doesn’t have a supply of over the counter medications you can buy in small packets such as Advil, Tylenol,etc. There was only one waste paper container in the room and I had to move it to bathroom. “Property close to UAB hospital, Publix grocery out back door 3 min walk, local shopping about 10-15 min drive. clean room staff great parking garage is next to hotel remember to get your ticket validated each time in/out or you will pay. ”

“Poor service”

“I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...
