“Phenomenal place to stay quiet and private ”

“Brand new. Exceptional restaurants nearby, too. ”

“They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.”

“Only 1 elevator works, no fridge in your room, only a single room of toilet paper in your bathroom/ no backup. ICE is only on the 1st floor. ”

“Due to road closures we were unable to get to the hotel valet parking. Tried to call the hotel 3 times to find out how they preferred us to get to the hotel. No one would answer the phone. We were able to get to the Sheraton and ask for directions. The staff at the Sheraton were awesome. They told us where to go. A valet for the Westin was suppose to meet us at the entrance of the parking garage but never showed so we drove around the parking structure until we saw the entrance to the Westin....

“Our stay wasn’t terrible, but the hotel bath room was a little ruff! The ceiling in the bathroom was damaged at some point and they just had a ruff patch over it. Which wasn’t a big deal. The stuff was all very nice and welcoming! ”

“My phone completely broke while I was there and they very kindly ordered me an uber to the airport. Very nice staff”

“This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!”

“You have to call the staff to adjust the thermostat. Its locked in the room...ridiculous. 1st room we were in the sink was clogged and leaked so moved to a different room. Bathroom doors dont shut all the way, farm style doors that just slide over”

“This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...
