“Had no complaints at all about the stay. I was a late check in and had called and told them I would be late. So had no problems checking in. I had asked for a room on the first floor as I don't handle stairs well at the moment and they accommodated me, which I thought was nice. Room was clean, staff friendly. Outside was a bit noisy but they can't control that. I would definitely recommend and will most likely being staying here again.”

“We were pleased with our checkin, especially the receptionist’s welcome and willingness to have access to our room early. The room had an updated feel and the bathrooms glass shower doors worked well and looked lovely. The breakfast had multiple options and was spaced out to make for easy access to all choices. This is a lovely hotel and a great place to stay when in Charlottesville. ”

“The hotel is part of the university area. Noisy at night on the weekend but it was ok for us. The hotel has its charm. ”

“A bit smaller than our usual Hyatt room but it was okay. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was good but done at precisely 9 so our granddaughter missed it be 5 minutes. ”

“The manager was very nice, as was the rest of the staff. The manager seemed to be there most of the time. Breakfast was hot and tasty with eggs, bacon, toasts, bagels, cereal, fruit, several coffees, yogurt. The fresh waffle machine worked. They even had a certain exotic tea that I liked on hand, (Bigelow Green Tea with Ginger). And breakfast on the weekends extends to 10am, which is a Godsend after a night of partying.
