“Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. ”

“Albergo con poche camere o meglio.. appartamenti , molto spaziosi e curati (il bagno andrebbe curato di piu' nella nostra camera la base del mobile del lavabo era un po' scrostato), vicino ad aventura mall e bal harbour shopping venter. Pro: spazio, ambienti curati, non paghi il parcheggio, la zona e' tranquilla con alcuni ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Contro: un po' fuori dalla movida (se la cercate) e indispensabile l'auto. Piscina ... da non considerare.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!”

“The property renovation is great and the pool area is good. The rooms amenity are lacking because there are no microwave or larger refrigerator for a time share property. The food prices are way high. The restrictions to purchase outside food and eat by the pool should be change. The pool towels are to small and low quality.”

“hotel di lusso, belle le camere , pulite, non consigliamo la colazione e la cena poichè troppo costosa.Non lo consigliamo a chi vuole stare al mare ..in questa zona non è bello come a miami beach. Troppo lontano dalla lincoln road e ocean drive”

“The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

“Struttura molto bella e decorazione perfetta. Ristorante piuttosto deludente per degli italiani. Il personale si vanta tanto che sia tutto delizioso ma cosi non è. Aria condizionata molto troppo fredda e musica troppo alta daoertutto ma sopratutto al ristorante. Prenotazione a cena fatta vari giorni prima dimenticata e hostess confuse e inconcludenti a varie riprese anche se sono meta di mille.
