“The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

“For where the location is, I feel should be more upgraded. The bathroom were very disgusting. Everything was old not what I expected.”

“Was never able to actually get into the room, they denied a full refund, will never attempt to stay there again and would not recommend ”

“We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us...

“The staff were very accommodating! The location was perfect. However, the apartment did not have basic kitchen items like dish soap, paper towels or spices, I had to DoorDash those items.”

“Struttura molto bella e decorazione perfetta. Ristorante piuttosto deludente per degli italiani. Il personale si vanta tanto che sia tutto delizioso ma cosi non è. Aria condizionata molto troppo fredda e musica troppo alta daoertutto ma sopratutto al ristorante. Prenotazione a cena fatta vari giorni prima dimenticata e hostess confuse e inconcludenti a varie riprese anche se sono meta di mille. “hotel di lusso, belle le camere , pulite, non consigliamo la colazione e la cena poichè troppo costosa.Non lo consigliamo a chi vuole stare al mare ..in questa zona non è bello come a miami beach. Troppo lontano dalla lincoln road e ocean drive”

“There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back.”
