“The place was sufficient and the neighborhood was decent. But I felt like the price was too high for what we got. There was no water pressure at all so we couldn't take showers, and the next morning it was as if the water was turned off completely. We couldn't even flush the toilet or wash our hands. I did email the owner and they said they'd look into it, but I felt like we should have been given a partial refund, or at least a credit for another stay.”

“Love this hotel, modern and VERY clean. The area is also very nice—Capital Grille is a10 second walk (they share the same parking lot) from the Lively. My wife and I stayed in the Studio Suite and beyond spacious, huge living area with a mini fridge. The restaurant is very nice as well and has a bar as well The only minor downside is it’s about 35 minutes away from OU, but still plan on staying there on our next visit. Highly Recommend! ”
