Il soggiorno principale ha un grande camino e comodi posti a sedere. La cucina gourmet offre isola, pentole per catering e molto altro. Pavimenti in parquet, 4 bagni completi e mezzo bagno. Tutto questo e altro ancora situato su 120 acri privati con terreni fitti boschi e campi coltivati. Un posto perfetto per quel matrimonio privato, anniversario, riunione di famiglia o celebrazione di qualsiasi tipo!
Questa casa è stata istituita per ospitare 12 ospiti con spazio libero. Tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante e privata è proprio qui! Situato nella splendida Black River Falls, a pochi minuti dalla città.
La casa ha molte caratteristiche per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole, come distributore di ghiaccio e acqua fianco a fianco frigorifero / congelatore, cucina completamente attrezzata a pianta aperta con vista dell'intero livello inferiore e metà posteriore della tenuta. Grande camino e televisore a grande schermo nel soggiorno, wifi, lettore DVD, isola cucina con posti a sedere extra per riunioni di gruppo, due ponti con pozzi del fuoco, fumatore e barbecue. Ogni camera dispone di materassi queen premium con biancheria di lusso e trapunte. La master suite ha un letto king size, vasca idromassaggio, cabina doccia e doppio lavandino.
Questo ambiente privato fa parte di una tenuta di 120 acri a pochi minuti dal centro. Accesso alla pista di motoslitta è adiacente alla proprietà con molti sentieri per passeggiate, passeggiate a cavallo ed esplorare. I sentieri per ATV sono a pochi minuti di distanza (attrezzatura da rimorchio indispensabile) e la casa dispone di un vialetto extra-large per rimorchi e trasportatori di giocattoli. La proprietà è abbastanza grande da ospitare una tenda per eventi con alimentazione elettrica. Ci sono diverse aree principali per una cerimonia di nozze nei campi, aree boscose o nella parte anteriore della proprietà. L'appartamento sopra il garage è separato e non è incluso nell'affitto della casa. L'host utilizza l'appartamento come crash pad e ufficio occasionali.

We recently stayed at this property for a short getaway. The home was clean, and the location worked well for our needs. The space had a unique layout and was generally comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt, and the check-in process was smooth. There are quite a few house rules and signage throughout the home that guests should be aware of ahead of time—it’s clear the host takes care to maintain the property. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated having a place to relax during our trip.

Beautiful house and property, tons of space, great layout for a large group. Downstairs game room and bar had everything you need, kitchen was open and large enough to gather while cooking. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent experience!

This house and its accomdations were above our expections. The property is beautiful and its out in the country so you dont have to worry about having too much fun. The property manager was wonderful and always got back to me if i had any questions within a short period of time. I highly recommend this place.

The place was fine, but we received a pretty aggressive message from the host beforehand listing many rules and consequences of stealing or breaking items. And then when we got there, a number of items were already broken which felt quite inhospitable, especially given the message. All in all it was fine, and worked for our family but the accommodations weren't as welcoming as we had hoped.

This home welcomed us to relax, enjoy each others' company and catch up on lives as we were surrounded by nature's beauty! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and stellar for our meager meals and appetizers! Order and cleanliness abounded! The host had small "extras" that made our visit comfortable, e.g. cotton balls and q-tips, coffee and tea, board games and a game room! Especially appreciated the safety features, like a fire blanket and extinguishers. We enjoyed our stay and plan on a return visit!

Beth is an exceptional host! She reached out to us when we arrived and let us know she was available whenever we needed her. We never did! The property was immaculate and perfect for the family reunion we hosted. We really enjoyed the extra outdoor spaces and beautiful scenery for an evening bonfire. We’ve already booked again for next year’s reunion!

Beatiful area and property. Beth Rose went out of her way to answer all our questions prior to renting and during our stay. Many things for our whole group to do in the Black River Falls WI area. We spent a day in the Dell's went hiking, golfing, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, Atving, and shopping.

The house was beautiful. The rooms were all large and spacious. The downstairs area was an amazing surprise, with something for everyone. The view from the patio and upper deck were perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, and great for evening sitting and conversation. Overall the house was fantastic!

Our group of five couples rented this property from Oct 20-23. The house was perfect for our group as it had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. The downstairs area and bar area were perfect for our group. The yard was perfect for our annual croquet match. The only real issue we had was the dishwasher. It was very dated (this was later confirmed given that a part that was needed was no longer available). The first two loads ran well. The last night we attempted to run the dishwasher but it would not latch. We eventually got it to stay and ran the dishwasher. The dishwasher was empty when we left. We hand washed them before we left as we didn't have many dishes. We thought it was best to inform Beth, the owner, about this so she could take a look at it. She blamed us for breaking the dishwasher and were billed $250. She also accused us of using or taking too many dishwasher pods. The pods were in a pint size jar. We didn't count the number of pods prior to staying (i would recommend you do this). We certainly did not put more pods in the dishwasher than one and we did not steal any. Following is a description of the aged dishwasher: The front panel was missing a button or the pad was worn through. The bottom of the dishwasher did not have the filter cover. There was just an open hole. We were accused of pushing/slamming it back four inches. We had a picture of the dishwasher just prior to leaving and it was not recessed four inches. In addition, the dishwasher was not secured into the open spot. It could be moved back/forth/sideways. We were then notified that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. We asked for a copy of the estimate as we knew we had not broken anything out of our lack of normal care. She informed us she had no estimate. We asked for pictures and the pictures she sent did not show what she accused us of breaking. We feel that charging us for the fix/replacement of an aged dishwasher was unfair given its age. At some point that dishwasher was was going to fail and we were the unlucky victims. The property is a 5. The house is a 3/4 only because it is extremely dated. Our recommendation is that if you stay at this property, and we would recommend it, take inventory of what is there, if something breaks (it will likely happen) don't leave until you have met with Beth and take a lot of pictures!!!!

I rented this property as a place for my siblings, parents and I to stay during my brother's wedding weekend. It was perfect. Entertainment for all ages, spacious enough for privacy, and big enough to accommodate the extra family members that stopped on their way to their hotels, for a drink, etc! Highly recommend booking with Beth!
