“Everything was great, staff was friendly and a wonderful breakfast.”

“The only thing I would change is, we had a room with a pullout sofa and we had three of us in one room. When we asked for sheets, blanket and pillows for pull out sofa for my daughter they said we could only have one blanket and one pillow. Front desk staff said that was it and stated- we are sold out and do not have extras. We were also told we could not have more towels even though our stay was for 4 days?? They never came to empty our room trash”

“Loved everything. Everyone smiled, acknowledged me wherever I was in the building from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and went out of their way to be helpful. What was memorable was that every employee I encountered had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed to be happy with their job! That speaks to quality leadership setting the tone!~ Great job!!”

“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”
