“This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. “There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”

"Very bad service and management. I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience"
