“After a long streak of unfriendly hotels, this was the nicest and most welcomed I’ve felt in a long lists of check ins. Let me know they would make sure I got inside if I was after the midnight cutoff, helped me with a late meal, parking and was just so warm to me. Really grateful after a long day of travel to be treated so well!”

“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”

My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed—the bed was so cozy I slept like a baby! The location couldn’t have been better. "Very bad service and management. I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience"
