“The bed was messy and dirty. The bedsheets were not washed. Many things in the room are very old and need to be replaced. The bed frame and mattress need to be replaced. ”

“There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area”

I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters.
