“The staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful. However, the parking situation can be very difficult. We found that in the evenings the surrounding businesses were incredibly busy and it created a parking situation for those staying at the hotel.”

“New hotel with busted tile everywhere including the bathroom in our room. Sharp edges. Shower door bat was very loose and the reading lights didn't work. We also got the wrong room, 2 beds instead of 1 king. Go somewhere else.”

“I stay at this location 2 times a year for tge past 5 years. I was surprised to see they have closed the restaurant. The pool was also closed and tge landscaping was looking tired. I hope all of this is temporary.”

“I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. I am very disappointed that Expedia even gave this place. A good review I wouldn't have never picked this place if it wasn't for Expedia, saying it...

“Rude staff, did not have the room we reserved, had to buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on, dirty room, smelled like cigarettes and weed throughout the hotel. Do not stay. ”

“Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed. Had a son that was handicapped and they forced us out of hotel because they made a mistake and assigned the room to someone else. Glad it all happened though because we stayed at a much better...

“Great place to stay! Clean, updated, somewhat quiet area, great burger restaurant attached to hotel, and nice indoor pool and spa. HUGE shout-out to Wade at the front desk! We've stayed here a few times, and he's always been so friendly, helpful, professional and goes above and beyond for guests!”

“This was one of the better hotels that I have stayed at in a while. The location was convenient, the beds were comfy, the room clean, and the breakfast and happy hour snacks were awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool too.”
