Hotel vicino a Campo da golf Saddle Rock Golf Course - Denver

“The staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Didn’t greet me when I checked in, didn’t give me the rundown of breakfast hours, etc. The coffee was short on cream flavors, like it normally is. The walls are showing age and beat up pretty well. The apps for Netflix and Amazon didn’t work. Internet was spotty at best. I always stay here when I travel for work with my company Dion’s, and it was just not the usual high standard I have come to expect.”

“I witnessed staff be rude multiple times over the phone while in the lobby. One women hung up the phone on someone. The bed is very creaky and wasn’t very comfortable. They give you free bad wifi but you have to pay $7 to get good wifi you can actually do stuff with. You can’t cast anything to the tv so I hope you like watching cable”

“Its a nice place to stay if you're working long term or on vacation. The staff are really nice and very accommodating, checked in and that night the elevator went down, i was on the 4th floor. They call the repair guy, he came fixed it, it went down again. Long story short, i asked for a room transfer to the 1st floor and they were very accommodating, got a first floor apt. and i am now going on my 3rd week here and going to extend again for idk how long. I reserved it for a month and they let...

“The parking fee was excessive. I can understand parking fee in a crowded congested area. This hotel is not in one of those area's! The Hotel is going through a major remodeling/renovation project. The hidden fees are not a good sign moving forward. The staff are 2 star quality customer service. There are fee exceptions like Front Desk (Tessa) She is 4 star quality!”
