You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. “This was the worst stay ever..the room was dirty with toenails on the floor next to the bed. OVerflowing trash at the entrance that was there from Saturday thru moday morning. The pool and spa were not working which is a main reason we booked there. We had 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel to share for 3 people. “Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?”

“My husband and I stayed here for 1 night heading from Oregon back home. We had a King bed, which was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t get in the pool but did go and look at it. It was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good. We had a smooth check in and the lady was very friendly and helpful. We also had a smooth check out. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Our room was clean and wonderful on arrival, excellent amenities, breakfast, etc. The man working nights and early morning shift was amazing. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff did not “refresh our room”, even though it was requested every morning. Had to ask for fresh towels more than once. Other than that, great hotel!”

“I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious.
