“breakfast options were just right. Pool was great, staff at the bar was awesome. Houseperson Gustavo was very helpful. My only complaint was the smell of pets in the room and the room not being properly clean. ”

“The staff were not accommodating. I booked this for my parents and booked a king room and they were placed in a room that was in between the lobby elevator and the gym so they were surrounded by constant noise which made it challenging for them to sleep. They asked for their room to be switched and staff told them they would have to pay for another room. Ultimately they had to keep the tv on all night to drown out the noise of the gym and elevator use. ”

“Last minute booking but close to our destination. Little hidden away hotel reasonably priced. Standard complimentary breakfast fare. Adequate heat on a chilly Rhode Island night. Night manager was just as friendly in the morning as when we checked in. A very good experience. In the morning we ventured out and discovered we were close to everything, happy bonus…”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service.”
