“The room decor is dated, and needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner probably needs a filter change because the room smelled musty. The mattress cover under the sheet had a large brown dirt streak on it where I could see it when the fitted sheet started to come off the corner. You can hear your neighbors talking in the rooms around you and when they use the water the pipes squeal through your room. On the positive side, it's close to the freeway, it's cheap, it's located by restaurants...
