“This was a very nice, quiet and relaxed place to stay”

“Wouldn't stay again. Room was worn and outdated. Dogs were barking throughout our trip we made a few complaints. Staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was very minimal we ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. White Spot is attached to the hotel however food was terrible and way over priced for what it is. Wouldn't recommend at all”

“From the moment we booked our stay until the time we left the property everything was perfect. They have a flawless check in routine and made sure we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. We stayed in the Cinderella room. Everything about our stay was fantastic: the property, the staff, the location, the parking, the unique experience. “Insufficient parking for all booked guests. Under major renovations that caused access problems on all floors. Staff had no regard for people having to park on the street instead of within the gated area and were rude about it. Gym can’t be called a gym with one piece of equipment from the 70’s and a cardio machine. No actual restaurant on premises.”

“I was injured and unable to check in but since I purchased cancellation insurance you would think it would be ok but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Turns out the money you spend on insurance is a total waste of time because they will find a way not to reimburse you. :( ”
