“The man who checked us in did not seem happy to see us. Usually, staff are welcoming and friendly. Not this guy. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a beautiful view of the lake. For the best view, you need to be higher than the second floor. There were no creamers for the coffee at the pantry. I checked 3 different floors and notified the front desk. It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but when you are in a hurry and need to drive a long distance, it's a problem.”

“Wonderful king bedroom suite. Clean, spacious and well-appointed. Good breakfast and coffee. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I used the fitness room on my second day (day one it was being refurbished with new wallcovering) and it has a 4 cardio machines: 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 stationary bike. “I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years for work, visiting my kids at college and other personal trips. Always a great experience. I love the indoor common areas, like Atrium restaurant, bar, and the TV area in the lobby. We had an especially positive breakfast experience. ”

“I chose this hotel because the description includes electric car charging. But they only have plugs on light poles, not charging stations. I'm in a rental car and don't have a cord, so this left me in a real bind. The woman at check-in said there weren't any charging stations around, but at checkout the guy said there's one right next door. It was frustrating. ”
