This place is beautiful! Donatella was so helpful and a wonderful hostess the entire stay. Como has very narrow streets and this place is not wheelchair accessible but everything else - the location, views, breakfast, attentive hostess - all of it was incredible!

Simplemente único!
Realmente una experiencia inolvidable. Fueron tres noches donde nos sentimos como en casa. Donatella hace un trabajo excepcional para asegurarse que sus huéspedes pasen una estadía especial en el hotel cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle. Muy recomendable!

Excellent, thoughtful and generous host whose family has lived in the area for multiple generations. The entire property and grounds have been beautifully reimagined and maintained, with fully modern updates. Close enough to Como and Bellagio, and the newest resorts in next door Torno (The Mandarin and Il Sereno) with five star Michelin level dining and five star amenities). I’ll be back and will plan some events here too.

Donatella and her daughter Franceska made us feel welcome on our srrival and thoughout our stay. We got great tips for the day to come at each breakfast. Franceska showed us exactly how to walk to Momi, for our Friday dinner, where google maps would have taken us on a hike. Donatella gave us excellent tips for lunches even before our arrival and organized transportation to and from our Saturday dinner. The room was spacious with a small hallway and big bathroom. The bedroom had great views over Lago di Como.

Donatella was an excellent host . She took good care of us during our stay. She took care of our transportation needs and gave good recommendation for great restaurants in the area . The breakfast was excellent with fresh baked pastry, fresh eggs and various fresh fruits served everyday . The Villa has a beautiful view over Lake Como . All windows in our room look over the beautiful lake and the lust garden surrounded the Villa . We definitely will come back to stay !

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and our hosts did a fantastic job at accommodating us every step of the way! Their villa is beautiful, extremely clean and well-kept, and they operate it with a lot of conscious effort and heart. Francesca and her family were extremely helpful; they extend themselves to great lengths to make sure you are taken care of and to ensure you enjoy your stay. It was the perfect start for a trip to Italy and I would return solely for them! If you get a chance, booking to stay here would not disappoint. Blevio is not too far from the town of Como and there are many things to do once there, as well as in neighboring towns. Our trip to Como was unforgettable and we have Francesca and her family to thank for that!

Un séjour très agréable à la Villa Costanza
Accueil parfait. Donatella est de très bon conseil pour les lieux incontournables et les bonnes adresses. Encore merci d'avoir pris en charge les réservations. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents et copieux. Stationnement facile de notre véhicule, c'est un plus. Villa charmante, très calme et à taille humaine.

The property is good value if you’re looking for a place with lake view. However it is very difficult to get to especially if you have a rental car. Narrow one lane streets and then you have to take your bags down several flights of stairs. Very inconvenient. The family that owns it is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with nice views but climate control for cooling was a floor unit that was noisy and could not cool the end tire room down.

Our host was amazing! She was an excellent cook for breakfast and dinner. She picked us up from the train station because there was a storm and no taxis. She made us feel like home the entire time. Definitely a must try B&B when visiting Como. Also, The view is absolutely beautiful…

Wow truly beautiful
Wow! What a truly amazing and beautiful place to stay in Lake Como! The hosts were fantastic and they couldn’t do enough to help you. When we visit Lake Como again we will definitely book this property. My wife and I cannot praise this Villa enough. A huge thank you to Donatella and Fracesca Truly wonderful hosts!!!!

Amazing stay on Lake Como!!Donatella and her family truly make you feel like you’re a part of their family. The villa and surrounding property is beautiful, and the area is quiet. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. It’s located about 15 mins from Como and 40 mins from Bellagio by car, so I suggest you rent a car if you want to stay here. I will certainly be staying here again when I get another opportunity to visit the lake!

Villa Costanza was an incredible holiday! We loved Donatella and her family. They were so incredibly kind and truly run the best bed and breakfast out there! They ensure you have everything you need from taxis to restaurant reservations. Blevio is located beautifully on the lake, and the views from the room are BREATHTAKING! It is close to Como city, and not far to get to the tip of Como Lake. Book! You will not regret it.

Donatella was a great host who went above and beyond other hosts. She helped us book tours, transportation and cooked us meals that were delicious. The breakfast bar is amazing! The views and the room were also amazing. Highly recommend this place

Absolutely perfect. What a spectacular Villa with an even more lovely host and family. From the moment you walk in your are greeted with a warm and inviting welcome and a host who is so helpful with great ideas for enjoying the surrounding area. She helped us book a boat rental on the lake and delicious dinner reservations each night. We loved the incredible homemade breakfast specialties. The location is perfect, just outside of the busy area of Como on the way to Bellagio. The view is spectacular.

This is a villa out of a movie, lovingly restored and updated and filled with graciousness. Donatella fed us a delicious home-cooked lunch when we arrived and then made arrangements for us to rent a boat on the lake that afternoon. The beds are comfy and there is an amazing view from all of the guest rooms. Breakfast is generous and also from Donatella's kitchen. She's a great cook! The only caution is that this property requires some steep climbing. But that is why the view is so lovely!
