Hotel vicino a Bloomsbury Central Baptist Church - Londra

“Such a welcoming and beautifully decorated hotel. The staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special mention to Soad who checked us in and looked after us throughout our stay. He even organised a special treat for our son’s birthday which made it an unforgettable stay.”

“Even the décor is superb !”

“Very pleasant hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The only aspect I didn’t particularly appreciate was the breakfast concept. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, it was served only à la carte. Better not to include breakfast and instead to explore the many excellent cafés and breakfast spots nearby. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return.”

“good location cleanliness to improve”

“Hotel calmo e rilassante, caldo e autentico. Servizio buono e non invadente atmosfera casual ma elegante.”

“Very nice hotel and clean room and great services and location”

“Bellissimo! Per i miei soggiorni a Londra scelgo sempre alberghi della catena Firmdale che sono una garanzia. Il Charlotte hotel ben rappresenta la filosofia del gruppo . Complimenti ed a presto”
